Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

How long does shipping take?

Orders will be shipped within 10-14 business days of placing your order, unless specified otherwise.

How do I track my order?

After your items have been shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

Returns

Can I return my custom item?

Due to the custom nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

What happens if my items arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon arrival (within 3 business days) and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
