This family name home sign with 12 interchangeable seasonal attachments makes for a great housewarming, wedding or any occasion gift. It would also make a great addition to your own homes decor.

Sign Features:

Choose from two style for your home sign:

Glossy hardboard (mdf) with rounded corners measures roughly 8"x10" and would come with a black easel stand.
Semi glossy hardboard (mdf) with a flat top measures 8"x10" with a black back with keyholes for hanging and kickstand.

Choose from black, brown, grey or red faux wooden frame. Frame is part of the printed image and NOT and actual wood frame.
Sign will come with the 12 interchangeable seasonal attachments (one for each month of the year) or you may choose your own 12 designs from the variety available. Don't see a design you like, just message us and we can create a custom add-on.
Seasonal attachments are made from glossy hardboard (mdf) and measure 3". Attachments will come ready to attach to the sign.
Designs are printed permanently on the front surface and will not peel, fade or rub off over time!

How to Order:

Select your frame color, style and whether you want the monthly set or select your own. If you select create your own, please choose the 12 seasonal attachments you would like.
Please include the last name exactly as it should appear on the home sign.
Proof will be sent prior to completion to ensure personalization is correct. Please make sure you look at the proof and check for spelling errors or incorrect information. Your order WILL NOT be completed until the proof is approved.
